SP_302693_FLYN_k9_1.KATHLEEN FLYNN | Times.(03/06/2009 Largo) .Officer John Sinni, of the Largo Police department, dressed as a convict decoy is attacked by one of the Eight K9's that have graduated from St. Petersburg Police Department's Police Canine Academy during a demonstration after 16 weeks of training. The eight officer/dog teams received certificates before they presented a police dog demonstration to a crowd at the Largo High School foodball field. There were five teams from St. Petersburg, two from Largo and one from Clearwater
