Members of American Legion, Man O' War, Post 8, from left Ron Walsh, Jimmy Johnson, David Wilson, and Herbert Rodgers, raised the POW/MIA flag during a ceremony at the I-75 rest area in Scott Co., Ky., Wednesday, April 15, 2009.
