Dale Hughes is close to sealing a deal with Rochester Hills to build the first cycling velodrome in Michigan since Detroit's Dorias Park fell into disrepair. The velodrome will be built in Rochester Hill's Bloomer Park. The velodrome will benefit racers like (lft) John Hughes 15yrs, Frankie Andreu (center) and Liz Young 13yrs.
