Scott Weaver again has his neighborhood glowing with his Winter Wonderland at 1190 Cielo Circle in Rohnert Park where he's added Woody Woodpecker, a genie, penguin, Donald Duck and other plywood characters to his annual holiday lightfest. He keeps the house lit from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm
