Jim Kerr and Charlie Burchill from the Scottish band Simple Minds hand over a giant postcard addressed to Peru President Alan Garcia at the Peruvian Consulate in March 1986. The singer and guitarist expressed concern over the fate of a Peruvian boy Gilberto Chihua who disappeared in August 1984
