Oprah is a smart woman.

You could not make a billion dollars in America if you are not smart!

And she proved that today!

According to

Celebrities have turned against Oprah Winfrey after she expressed hope in the wake of the election.

The TV host tweeted on Thursday a picture of Donald Trump at the White House with President Barack Obama with the caption ‘Everybody take a deep breath! Hope lives.’

Oprah tweeted on Thursday a picture of Donald Trump at the White House with President Barack Obama with the caption ‘Everybody take a deep breath! Hope lives’

But her response was not echoed by the thousands of fans on her social media and scores of celebrities who have turned against her following her statement.

Actor Patton Oswalt, an outspoken Hillary Clinton supporter and Trump opponent, tweeted:

‘Oprah what the f***? This is not one of my favorite things.

Heather Matarazzo wrote: ‘Oprah, you can take a deep breath and hold it while the rest of us literally fight for our lives right now. #smh.’

Grace & Frankie’s June Diane Raphael also urged Oprah not to ‘normalize this man’.

‘Minority children are already being targeted,’ she tweeted.

Scott Weinberg added: ‘I used to have great respect for Oprah. (past tense)’ While comedian John Early added: ‘DON’T YOU DARE OPRAH.’

Oprah said before the election that she was voting for Clinton.

But she gave a less-than-warm endorsement, saying voters had to get behind her because ‘there really was no choice.’

The talk show queen told a TV audience in a taping for T.D. Jakes’ show that liking Clinton is not a requisite for voting for the Democrat.

‘She not comin’ over to your house,’ Winfrey said. ‘You don’t have to like her. You don’t have to like her.’

The divisive nature of Trump’s campaign, and the strong celebrity backing of Clinton, left many reeling in shock by the Donald’s surprise win.

There have been days of protests since the election but many are coming forward to urge people to accept the result and help reunite the country.

Many people are giving Trump a chance. And that is the right thing to do in this moment!

Let see what he can do!
